REMINDERS:
- Now is a great time to get on top of your exterior Spring cleaning - siding, fences, driveways, mailboxes, lawn maintenance/weed removal/prevention etc.
- Follow Cobb County's leash laws - keep your pets leashed, controlled and safe at all times!
- Street parking is not allowed, not only per our community guidelines but also, it is a county law - for the safety of emergency vehicles, school buses and passersby. Please be mindful of this.

We now have a Facebook group to help residents interact with one another! Please join now. We are planning a Spring Community Yard Sale, and together we can plan more - like a walking group, wine/dinner club, Easter egg hunt
- Parents of High School seniors, please be sure to join our Facebook Group so you can connect with one another to arrange a sign for the front entrance.
It takes a village!
It's up to each of us to make sure we maintain a sense of community, so this can continue to be a place we can all be proud to call home. Say HELLO and wave to your neighbors! Join our Facebook Group to become part of our Community Watch program! Report suspicious behavior to the police. EVERYONE please DRIVE SLOWLY through our family-friendly neighborhood. Thank you, to all of you who attended our annual meeting on December 28. Your input is valuable and is being considered in our upcoming plans.
