We do check against the tax records to ensure those we allowed to join the group are actually homeowners, so if you have a family member who lives with you please just private messages through Facebook and give us the information so that we can approve their request to join. Yes. Contact the HOA before making any modifications to the exterior of your home including but not limited to erecting a shed or fence, changing color of siding, shutters, major landscape changes just removal or addition of trees or bushes. Approval from the HOA must be received before starting any of these projects.

Yes, trampolines, playsets and other play equipment is permitted, per our CC&R's, as long as they are anchored properly and not visible from the street.
No, parking in the street is not permitted. If your car is towed by the HOA the information is posted by the front entrance.
