Welcome, Residents!
Thank you, to those of you who attended our annual meeting on December 28. Your input is valuable and is being considered in our upcoming plans. Our secretary is getting the notes together so we can share them with you. We'll update you once they're ready.
Reminders:
- HOA fees are due now! Late fees will be assessed for any payments postmarked after Jan 30.
- Please follow the Cobb County leash laws - keep your pets leashed, controlled and safe at all times, please!
Here's the Latest News in the Neighborhood:
- We have a Facebook group to help residents interact with one another! There is a button above - please join! Together we can plan a Spring Community Yard Sale, walking group, wine/dinner club, Easter egg hunt, dinner party, whatever you want.
- Parents of High School seniors, please be sure to join the Facebook Group so you can connected with one another to arrange a sign for the front entrance.
It takes a village!
We are proud to uphold standards within the community to make sure this continues to be a place you can be proud to call home.

Our HOA team is comprised of volunteer homeowners within the neighborhood, with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We bring together our knowledge and skills to keep the neighborhood well maintained and make a positive impact. Please be patient with us, as volunteers, we each have jobs and families of our own but your needs are also important to us! If you have time and experience you feel would benefit the community, please reach out to us to see how you can be of help.
